Gordon Ramsay's recipe for Seabass on The F Word. Includes how to fillet the seabass the easy way and preparing the peppers for the sauce. . #TheFWord #GordonRamsay #Food #Cooking .
I made this tonight. I could tell it would have been amazing had I not put too much white wine vinegar in it. Also he didn't specify whether to take the anise out before blending so I left it in. It made the sauce grainy. Otherwise this is an excellent sauce.
Ron Richo yet it would it would list the amount of ingredients and alternatives for some of the less common ingredients in the US, like Star Anise. I agree though, it'd be boring!
i couldnt really tell what he was saying when he was talking what ingridents that goes in because of his accent what was the thing he put in after he put the pepper and shallots on the pan ? and what was the liquid he put in after the white wine vineger ? anyone?
hell you have to listen very carefully, I mean concentration and focus is very important to become a chef, I know it because I am taking Culinary Arts! It's a hectic job inside the kitchen not all chef's know how to talk in English some have accents and it is difficult to understand you have to be really understanding of the ingredients. They tend to be talking really fast and you've got to cope up and really try harder. You also learn those stuff in lectures.. Idk but this is is my Opinion.
The voice-over in this video is so nonchalant.
a dish he first came across back at Harveys :)
I'm surprised he didn't stuff the sea bass with scallops and steam it and shout "why isn't the sea bass in Steven!" Love Gordon! Worship Marco!
Sublime and elegant recipe. Maybe a green garnish on the top to make it shine.
Rock Star of Cooking!
Breathtaking.
Its vermouth he adds after the white wine vinegar.

In anyone else's hands this video would be 12 minutes and boring.
i can think of a few chefs who'd be able to pull off a video just as short, and interesting. :P
