I’m sure Rick misses his old director David…..they had this close, tense brotherly relationship. He did all Ricks shows after working with Keith Floyd. Bloody iconic
Good old Rick, everything he makes looks so delicious
Rick I love your knife, my late Dad was a chef and I still have all his knives which are the old fashioned types, on e sharpened nothing beats them.
Thank you for this anti-anxiety series, I am cured 🥰 These vids are always so relaxing haha
Really love watching the programmes and now also loving watching these. All the best everyone.
Nice change from butter and cream...bravo Rick!
Hi, thanks for the know-how. The sauce was fantastic. I used rock grouper fillet. Pity I can't post the pix here for your pleasure ☺️.
He seems like such a nice, genuine down to earth guy. A humble genius nes pas ?
@@joebarrett4353 Its just such a shame working at his restaurant is so miserable
I just started watching your vids a couple of days ago. You cook like I do, just put it together then taste it and fix it. I really like your style.
What a great video. Thanks Rick and team.
I just absolutely love the way you cook
Beautiful sauce. Went well with the bass I caught yesterday Thank you
Looks delicious :)
What could you serve this with?
❤
god that looks devine
What do you pair it with? egg fried rice and some vegetables?
Score the fish skin to decrease curling, Chef?
I was searching for fresh bass with stir fry now watched on Aus tv.¿
Same sauce as pad thai.
pan? heat? what are you gordon ramsay? 😀
Just a comment Rick. Squid fish sauce really is the pits….. surely you can do better than that….
The Sea Bass in this recipe is not my favourite. I find it strange doing a sweet and hot sauce with such a lovely fish as you basically block the taste of the fish out. Very strange recipe this one but allways loved
Oh my goodness... Cooking with vegetable oils and getting garlic brown. The start is already disturbing.
@@jonnygunner65 yeah, i do. Every chef will tell you not to brown garlic as it gets bitter flavour. And vegetable seed oils are very unstable, highly processed, full of omega-6 unsaturated fats. So definitely not healthy. Just because someone is "famous" does not make the right.
Fantastic cooking Chef.
You are a true inspiration 🍴
I love these videos. Old Rick bumbling around his kitchen, banging drawers. Just like real life!
