In any theme park, safety is always a top priority. As some have mentioned, the gentleman could have contacted the guest relations department to get something planned. Multiple staff and regular guests familiar with the venue acknowledge that fireworks are on site. Even if it's not scheduled to be lighted up till night time. It is still considered active and live; it should be treated with care. Pyrotechnics are still explosive by nature. Some would say that the staff involved should have handled it gently.

I’ve worked in Disney World for my internship and sometimes our job allocation at Magic Kingdom is to do a magical moment. Each land has their different ways and it’s really up to your imagination to do it. In Fantasyland, we have these little fake jewels that we will go to crying kids and come up with a story about how Snow White and the seven dwarves would like to give them a present and it worked so well that you could see parents so grateful to see their kids calm down. Some, we just give free ice creams or fries, so it’s pretty fun!
It is damn unfortunate for that guests’ experience to be ruined by the cast member la. I wonder whether cos it’s Paris 🤷♀️, the Disney traditions wasn’t adhere to as well as the ones in the states.
I worked at Disney for a year in Orlando florida. I can say safety is the top priority above security and even money (still serious points but when decision making safety first comes to mind). Fireworks may not happen in the day, but pyrotechnics still happen throughout the day. On the cast member (staff) who did what he did, it could have been better handled.
And yes I get to go in free all year during my time working there. Yes fireworks every night in every theme park.
U get to go in to every theme park? Heard they had 3 and it would take 4 days to finish them all
They guy shld have emailed for permission if he has indeed planned for that long so that the staff can help out as well, if not do it at a public area unrestricted area lah so self entitled...
I also think the employee probably has had enough of all these working there lol so his actions altho could have been better, but totally understandable for me. Why do people expect him to be fired he was just doing his job 😥

@@cheeseburger88888 not sure if he got it through the official channels, cause it sounded like a random staff just gave them the permission (which dk if had enough authority to do so)
Also just because disney means much to them doesn't give them the right to enter a restricted area, sounds like entitlement .. there probably are many other couples which Disney means a lot to them too 😅
Disney SEA! Had a great chit chat with Ariel (Little Mermaid). It was so immersive. Mickey was the highlight ❤️
Been to Disney Florida and dropped my ice cream. Staff came up to me, brought me back to the ice cream shop and told them to give me a free replacement. I was already 20+.
The house of terror is so funnnn!! I remember the first time I took it the staff had like a glass eye in and he like make the loading of the lift during the ride more creepy than it actually was. He even acted like this super coarse voice which was damn creepy. It made the ride like 10 times more fun

the disney world in shanghai just sucks. too many people the queues there are like 2 hrs long so u just spend like half the day queuing

They can’t propose in front of characters too as that’s another rate. The staff will pull the character away (heard this from Douyin)
i have an unfortunate story for halloween horror nights... i was... ermm.. having bloating issues and had a lot of gas =X some scarer really came up to my face to try to scare me and i was really trying to hold it back damn hard alr. he didn't scare me but i er, might have burped into his face. my dude, if you're seeing this, i am so sorry for that >_

My first Disney experience was in HK, the Cantonese was weird but it's my best Disney experience so far! Paris was so...chi-chi. Don't remember much about California except the crazy amount of people.
Why do one needs to propose in public?
If one wants to propose in a place of interest, perhaps writing in to make prior arrangements would be appropriate.
Safety first. nuff said.
If i was the staff, i will slowly creep up and ensure i am also in the video. While creeping, i will stare at the camera guy and make sure he knew what i am trying to do.
Whats the show abt disneyland on disney+?
I would love to go for character meets instead of rides.
and hunt for roaming characters to interact with for better this knee land experiences.
