Really appreciate all the mothers and fathers there who tolerate us so much of our nuisance. We all take them for granted and now being as a parent, it really allow us to understand so much more. We are now in their shoes, and thank you Simonboy for sharing that. It constantly reminds me to be a good parent, a good husband and a good son.
Kudos to Simon. 16 years is a very long time, being able to turn over a new leaf and appreciate your family and people around you is the best gift you can give to them. Continue to stay positive and lead a fruitful life ahead.
Simon what you are saying today will heartened many youth who are at the brink of giving up, knowing that the struggles they are going through in life will one day go away if they turn their lives around and think positively: hope you will continue to be a messenger to many more people : 😊thank you
Thank u so much for this video! Denise’s hosting skill has improved greatly. I love how she tries to link it to Simon after they talked about their success in social media. Missing JP in this video
hearing his mom's love for him...giving him allowance and even her atm card...harsh words but she was an enabler of his behaviour. now he has the means to take care of her but...not every drug story has a happy ending. a parents love is amazing but sometimes tough love is required.
You can't change someone who doesn't want to change themselves. But I get what you mean. But a lot of families who kick addicts out of the house and their lives, also end up badly.
One of the best podcast ever, am never one to comment but definitely the one that hits straight right to the heart. Thank you for sharing for vulnerability and strength. Truly make a difference especially to someone like me who have members of the family who was/still drug addicts. Keep shining!
"You've really gotta put your intentions out there. Because it is only a dream, why would you want to limit your dream? You can have a bigger heart to accept a smaller outcome, but don't make your heart smaller to accept a smaller dream. " Bars bro.. bars..
Jiayou Simon! Your strength, will and passion will move mountains. May you have endless opportunities, build a beautiful family, prosper and find eternal peace and joy with loved ones and continue to inspire lives. Wishing you the best!
I LOVE MY MAMA LAHHH!!!WOOHOO!!!SHE IS THE BEST!!!Also, good job Simon Korh Korh u are doing a great job @ changing yrself man!!!All the best lahhh brother!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
This is one of the best episode you guys created. Simonboy is damn funny!! Once again I uttermost respect to you for sharing your story. 💪🏼💪🏼 .. Keep it going and Nv let the devil out again bro..
Yeah, but there are bad mothers too, those who neglected, abandoned and abused their child. Really, really sad for those children who never ever experience a mother's love. Orphans. Not an easy life.
Not everyone is lucky to come out alive from taking of "drugs" and to keep clean for the entire life after taking drugs. Drugs will not solve problems but will create more problems. The things that came after drugs will not be cool. Wish you all the best. Jia you!
Simonboy video on TDK for 2 days hit 63k... I think this is the highest viewership base on 2days launch..haha. Nice one. Looking back at the rest video on 1 mth period.. this is the highest for now...lol
Its when he gies back to addiction or self destructive decisions. Its a constant lifelong battle. Good luck to him and keep it up. This channel should revisit Simon yearly. The best defence is never to start and remove the mother given love against self destruction. No need yellow ribbon than having to need it.
What a parent love it is, I would say the same I would not be able to handle if my kid will turn out like this, but hope all the drugs dealer get catch and do not provide to kids anymore. To prevent this kind of happening to young people!
OMG the tongue at the end😲Simon, if you see this, I wanna ask you, was it painful when you cut it? Any advantages or disadvantages you have, like during eating, kissing and maybe more? Did you regret cutting it? By the way, fun episode. All the best Simon👍
Its very painful during the healing process. No advantage or disadvantage.. tbh I didn’t regret cause it doesn’t affect anything.. but if ask me do again, I wont ah. Too old for all these pain. 🤣
It's fantastic that people wanna learn a new skill. But it's also ok if you don't know how to drive in Singapore since we have such a well connected public transport network here.
👍 am a supporter of Simon boy. Always very inspired by his real life incident… But I also hope, those youngster viewing and listening to all his talk (esp on how long he took to turn over a New Lea) wont “twist” his original idea like: “Oh since now I’m still young even I dun study well, now at no where but just loitering, I became a smoker; I’m took some drug it’s ok de, bcoz even Simon boy also need to take 16 years to turn around and only became a better person at Mid 30s so Im still not too bad still have time!” They might view SB as a bench mark, to give excuses to themselves to throw their life away since they tot they still hv time. Not all parent, family background and GF are similar like Simon’s…
In life , anyone wana enjoy life , personal interest to self happines never touch any form of drugs overseas and here. Pick the right friends , not the wierd behaviuor group of friends. Check thier background upbringing , too. If you focus and save money to enjoy life , not greedy is the happiness journey.
A thought came to mind, maybe can make a movie/short film/series of his story. But maybe angled more from his mum's perspective. 2/3 of simon's mum and his struggles, 1/3 a light touch of prison part.
Since Singapore Independence, gangs and drugs still hanging on the doorway. If. Lotsa youths who are vulnarable due to whatever reasons emd up in jail or dead when they about to repent.
One must be careful not to unintentionally glamourise drug taking. After more than 10+ years on drugs, how long before one can really says one is ‘free’ from dugs? A couple of months is just not likely.
beyonce backup dancer, rabak really. anw Simon die also don't relapse lah aiyo please I know its probably really difficult but every time you relapse you make the next one easier.
God is faithful, who has called you into fellowhip with his Son, Jesus Christ our LORD. God's faithfulness calls us into relationship, into a family where we can experience love and growth together. 1 Corinthians 1:9. Glad that you are doing well.

Wow, I felt a lump in my throat when Simon mentioned about the scenario of the 8K. His mum is indeed a great woman.
Kudos to Simon. 16 years is a very long time, being able to turn over a new leaf and appreciate your family and people around you is the best gift you can give to them. Continue to stay positive and lead a fruitful life ahead.

He came from a broken family but his mom gave him more love than any mother out there. ❤
