When people hear my foreign accent they are slightly xenophobic but that's fine and natural because there are not many foreigners here as in other big cities. Also, it might be hard to make friends if you don't belong to any religious group here. What you get in exchange is a great, safe and respectful community. If you mind your own business no-one bothers your. Great outdoors!

Rachel I love your videos - especially the very specific location differences between Meridian, Eagle etc. As a relocation realtor, what’s the best way for me to reach you ?

Great video and very informative as usual. I do have to say though I'm really tired of reading articles or watching similar videos of people in Idaho having to almost act guilty because to much of one group or not enough of another lives there. It's a free country- people can move to wherever appeals to them and they can afford in this big country. We can vote with our feet. It is what it is. When people do this they're just playing defense to the liberal media/Government game. Stop taking the bait.
    Esto Perpetua.

Love watching your videos. By far the most informative for the treasure valley. My family is looking into your area and will be contacting you for the zoom call. What kinds of info should we be prepare to tell you, top priorities, must haves, etc. We know we want to shop at organic food stores, preferable local foods, like a co-op and want to have some space between neighbors as I love to garden and have ducks and a dog as out pets. Our plan is to relocate from southern Oregon early next summer.

No. Go the other way. Move north or south. We have too many people here for the infrastructure.

The funny thing is the realtors in these videos are not even Idahoan and they are trying to get transplants to make their money. So many Californians moved to Idaho, and then moved out after a couple of years because of extreme weather and other issues. Idaho is not for the faint of heart.

Inaccurate. One was born and raised here. Has never lived anywhere else. Same with his wife and her family. Most of our team is original. Rachel is a transplant and that’s why she is able to help people who are also relocating. She understands the questions they need answered. And…the entire team works together with every client.
If you look at the data your statement about ‘so many’ is not correct.

@@livinginidaho6750 You admit to catering to transplants and or having a transplant. You say one was born in Idaho, but who really knows. The fact that you are catering to transplants is still evident. You are not part of the solution with what is going on in Idaho with high home prices, you are part of the problem.

The point of the channel is to cater to transplants.

Idaho is too full. People need to quit moving here
