San Francisco has definitely improved recently. Nothing wrong with liberal individuals their hearts are in the right place. Lib politicians and repub politicians are both bad and they represent the individual everyday voter poorly.

Love the video. Small math correction. Home value doubling every 10 years for 60 years starting at 500k isn't 500k x 6. For example in 10 yr increments: 10 yrs 1m; 20 yrs 2m; 30yrs 4m; 40 yrs 8m; 50 yrs 16m; 60 yrs 32m, not 3m. Was home shopping there a few weeks ago and am more excited after visiting neighborhoods in the Treasure Valley than I was already.
When we first moved to Idaho, the first week we were there, sitting in a restsurant, a random guy felt the need to talk to us and promptly told a extremly rascist joke that included the n word, that was the first of many many incidents proving that north idaho is indeed a very rascist area.
Anyone who says "how much monthly payment can your afford" is a scummy salesmen. Car dealers do it and any real estate agent that does it, is just doing anything to make the sale.
He said, “that you WANT to afford.” We never recommend people tap out their budget. And, it’s the lender who works that out with the buyer, not the agent. That ‘scummy salesman,’ does so much for people that you’d be hard pressed to find anyone who knows him to not defend your negative comment
