I love this area of the treasure valley also. 5 acres with view lots on the boise river was a young boys dream to explore. I was blessed with great neighbors, that inspired me.
It will be interesting to see how the older people transfer or sale properties in the next decade or two. Alot of the people in this specific area are over 50-60+.
