Well, my curiosity got me to look and Boise, holy moly -everything is overpriced there to see that other 2800 sq ft home worth 1.2 million in a standard sub, as a builder, I don't see how they get that pricing, I don't think any retiree in the country says let's go to Idaho, I wish I was young again ,cause I know what it cost down to the penny, all those homes on 150 per ft builders cost-and I built in 5 states-so you probably priced them right in comparison , but WOW expensive there-I built a 3500 ft craftsman 4 car with in ground pool and 3 acres on a river-in a golf community-for under 500k in Georgia far better than this, and no view of a potato field, what's the draw there?

Nice home and garage- but 1,8 million for 3000 ft , 600 a ft is crazy-and view of a farm, that will dust you good, when they till the field-I better un -retire- I could easily build that home-for 150-170 per ft and for a 1 acre lot should be no more than 30 k-unless you get free potatoes for life there ,congrats to the builder -cause that will be a grand slam if you get close to it-geez I better check out Boise that's at best a 900k home in 48 of the states-when did Boise become desirable ?? I am curious now, best of luck

I hang my " LO " Dryer clothes on the rack above my Washer/Dryer . I dry my " HI - Med Hi - Med " clothes first . Then my " LO " clothes last . I would've tossed the cabinets & placed four double stacked washer -dryers if I had the coin to do so . I would put one of those LG " Dry Cleaning machines on the opposite side next to the sink .

As part of your keeping it real you got to keep it really real, the crime is for sure not as bad as most city / states but is slowly rising due to Gang members from California moving here; most are trying to get away from the gang politics but most end up slipping back into it, old habits die hard, of course this is all anecdotal having childhood friends that are now addicts i have been introduced to some bad actors that tell me their stories and where they from.

I just designed our new house with a bar over the washer and dryer LOL! My wife doesn't fully dry a lot of her shirts and currently hangs them all over to dry from any knob she can find. The bar is a must have for us.

I had literally just said to myself, “ I wonder how they feel towards blacks?” We’re black, living in South Dakota, looking for more opportunities and community than where we are. We are God fearing PATRIOTS 😊 and just want to live with like minded people. So I pray that we won’t run into any racism if we decide to move there.

Do you or others work with people looking into the nice manufactured home parks in Boise/Meridian area?

This is how it is for us Democrats here in Boise. Like being on a blue island, that's surrounded by a red ocean. And, one other "con" I could add is - and I can speak to this from some personal experience - is how negatively Californians, like myself, are treated both here in Boise, and on social media outlets, such as Facebook. I've been told more than once to leave. I just haven't felt any acceptance of anyone, or anything, from California in the 18 years that I've been here.

No Pot Filler. its also called a primary bedroom, bar makes perfect sense pull shirt out and directly hang up, should have pot in side mount motors for garage doors for storage above doors having cental vac sucks have to lug around a huge heavy hose easier to buy a couple bag less vacuums for nearly 2 million I would expect en suite bathrooms all bedroom and movie theater /game room

Why does these builder have a mix carpet and laminate? Single level is the best.

Where is the entertainment? Not even an indoor golf simulator ... builders have wake up and get with the program

And 5 min after you buy it there willbe houses built all around it and no more views

Just say NO to white kitchens cabinets!! Also white wood baseboards,,,remember to install heavily bumpers on your vacuum. Floor electrical outlets in living room ?? Wall above fireplace prewired for T V ??

No electric chargers in garages ??? Tgats a modern oversight.
