Hi maam what if i joineed on march 15th and i got concived on 8th of may 7th week so i am working for a compnay as a contract employee on third party pay role will i b eligible for Maternity benefits so i am not sure if i compleyed 80 days and i am still working
Mam my wife is 8th month pregnant now and she recently got appointment for government job and joined too... she will work for one month now before her delivery will she be able to get maternity benefit?? Because as per the rule the other senior staff said that to get maternity benefit she has to work atleast 80 days in the office... So please clarify my doubt because she is a c section patient

If an employee has no pf no esi and she is on contract basis. She can apply for maternity leave
If joining of job is at 6 month of pregnancy.. can I able to get preg leave?
