In what condition extended maternity leave of extra1month( besides 6montb of maternity leave) is allowed. Will it be applicable in case of bed rest at 8th month of pregnancy. Are the gynac allowed to provide med. Certificate for that 1month of extended leave?

Actually i am also a working women and my sixth month is going well but my question is i am doing job in school which is 22km far from my hometown and usualy travel by my own car even i drive it so is there any problem in driving or is there any problem to continue the job and driving till delivary

Mera 3rd month complete hone wala hai but main aapne job me khush nhe hu. mujhe job me aane ke liye travel bhe karna padhta hai 1 hour and 20 min one side. Mujhe thakan se hote hai and work stress bhe bhut hai. Kya mujhe leave lene chaiye ???
Yes, stress does effect pregnancy because the baby is in the same environment as you.
Try exercise and meditation.

Length of cervix more than 2.5 cm is normal.
If your cervical length is less than 25 millimeters (short cervix) before 24 weeks of pregnancy and you're only carrying one baby, your gynac may advice cervical stiches.
