    I need these in my life!! I'm a nurse and I work the overnight shifts. I have been really trying to avoid eating an entire meal when I work so I've been looking for better snack options. This is awesome!

    I make a light tuna salad take the tops off the mini peppers and stuff them with the tuna ,mini peppers are the best

    I've been making that goat cheese dip since you had it on your channel a looooong time ago! I think it had garlic in it in the old recipe, I love it both ways!

    The second choice is my favorite,
    I can't have seeds because of my Diverticulitis. If you chop off the end of the peppers and remove the seeds you could fill the peppers with the goat cheese filling and would be able to fit more in your box. I would put some chocolate in mine. 😋🍫

    Hey love the ideas...just wanted to know how to store cut up veggies and fruit? My snack boxes usually get mushy after a 2 days

      Sharp knives keep you from crushing the fruit or veggies, barely damp paper towels keep things moist but also keep things dry by absorbing any excess moisture. Most veggies are good for 4-5 days but fruit usually only keeps for 3-4 days no matter what you do.

      These snacks are way healthier than the majority of typical American snacks. Which are usually fried food or junk food loaded with sugar and salt.
