I’m going for the rock sliders and a narrower tire to prevent the rock chips. Also I need the 3 peak rated tires for all the snow we get in Wyoming. I had the Falken Wildpeak AT 3’s on my 3rd Gen and they they performed well off road and in the snow. They have self cleaning tread so they did well in snow and mud too. Quiet and smoother than the 10 ply rated AT tires.
Rough Country sells fender flares in many OEM colors as well as flat black that cover an additional 1.5" of the tire so theoretically they should help with the poke and the rock chips
@@Beacon_Offroadthanks I saw a minute later and forgot to delete the comment.looks awesome. You think if I use 25 offset will the pole will be minimum.i have any poke at all and don’t want any rubbing or lift.
Some really good advice. I like your comments about the hubcentric rings and the lugs. That's really helpful.
Nice truck! My question is on my new 2024 TRD OF. What tire size would work well with the OEM wheels and no change to suspension.
Big ass tire 💯
I bought a 01 wheel offset with my new package
I installed 275/70/18 on the stock sport wheels and it fits good (stock suspension also). Gives 1/2 inch more diameter than 285/70/17.

Both solid choices.

So any aftermarket wheels need this hub rings? 🧐
Can we get some side views of the truck from far away? Considering this same setup
Nice
Nice tacoma and great content! Would a 17x9 +1 offset work with say a 265/70/17 tire? And would that poke out significantly more than +18 offset?
@ttamayo7352 thanks, +1 would be quite extreme. Unless you're really going for that Hawaii poke, I'd say no go.
Nice going! Say, what is the height from the ground up to the roof of the cab?
Not sure, Ill try and measure when I can,
Nice wheels. What are these?
@rodsguerreirodefaria I posted the model in the video. Kmc

do these tire dimensions fit on the spare?
How’s the road noise on those tires?
Whats the mpg like after you change
@kasiitaali since I'm canadian you'll have to convert it in Google. Then inwas getting 14L/100km I'm on 35s now and getting 15.2L/100km
Do you know if the 285/70/r17 tires would fit the 4th gen stock TRD off road wheels without having to get new wheels?
I can say forsure, but vey likely. Worst case you could run some wheel spacers.
What happened to your 3rd gen 4R? Miss that thing
@aaronsoriano3741 just wait. It's making a major come back. Interested, check out my Instagram @beacon_offroad
