My sister passed this past October and my brother in law has been having to adjust being on his own for the first time in over 25 years. I know the situation for you is different but I can only imagine having to kind of "start over". I definitely find myself watching this channel first compared to your main one. Definitely make a gym in your appartment. Its big enough. The most annoying thing is needing to drive to a gym. Waste of time. Having a gym at home makes workong out so much more efficient.

Hey Mike, I suffer from Bicep Tendinitis. Can be misdiagnosed as a shoulder issue. Sounds very similar to what you’re describing. You should look into it. There are ways to strengthen it. Keep pushing bro! Peace and love!!
If you’re already divorced and separated, you can go back to Sweden to spend time with your family. With your line of work, you can film anywhere. Don’t have to stay in PA and I’m sure there’s plenty of women in Sweden to take your mind off things. You look depressed and can use some cheering up.

The best thing you can do is flip the swich and go into "beast mode".... put more effort into your work, take it to new levels.... keep your finances in order and focus on growing. them.... hit the gym hard, push yourself to the limit... What seems like a SET BACK is actually SET UP for growth... and eventually you will connect with someone that fully appreciates you ! Just focus on your mind, body and finances .... everything else will fall into place.

Hi Mike, if your shoulder pain keeps coming back there must be some scar tissue or a tendon is swelling then maybe recovering then swelling again. See a physio or chiropractor and they can sort it out.
You get 'ice chocolate' or you used to in the UK. Chocolate cups, I'm sure they're called here. You could buy them for 2p as part of choosing lots of small cheap sweets/candy with pocket money.

Yea, I had a motorcycle accident where bloke knocked me off so damaged my neck I’d get pains in my arms and shoulders So I still go to gym and do the cross trainer So that way I get my heart pumping and get to meet folks and exercise I then do stretches and 20 press-ups and lift small dumbbells- so 9kg in each hand and do 30 of those So sure there are somethings I can’t do like lift weights and as you say put your arm out But I do sit-ups and bends to keep core So don’t stop just adjust PS - you want to live in UK it’s claggy sticky wet snow, so the blower has zero effect !
Mike without seeing you in person to get a better look, from what you’re describing sounds like internal impingement with your shoulder. Look up the sleeper stretch, straight arm rear flyes, Cuban rotation, dumbbell scaption, pushups (plus many other corrective exercises you could do) and see if that helps. I’m not sure what’s the best exercises for your situation, but that’s my best guess. Just so you know I’m not some random jack-hole, I coach international level Olympic Weightlifters and have a degree in physiology.

Our recommendation is to purchase a pair of 'Perfect Fitness" ROTATING push-up handles for home use. This equipment will accomplish two important aspects of this type of exercise. First and foremost it will force you to maintain strictness of movement and significantly increase gains. Secondly, these handles will alleviate any discomfort you're experiencing in the shoulder region. There's always a work around so try not to make any excuses about not training for extended periods. Do internal and external rotations for your shoulder. With a cable. It fixes the pain and prevents injury.
Pets are the best, maybe you can have them stay with you for a while for some extra company. Hope you have a good Christmas!
