Definitely agree with you about being yourself on youtube. You can't seem to say anything online these days without people getting offended. Thankfully real life is not restricted and you can say whatever the fuck you want in their face lol. But keep up the good work Mike, I enjoy watching these vlogs. Also you should visit Sweden again someday when you're able. That would make some awesome videos.

I don't think many people are offended by swear words (apart from a few super Christians), it's probably the companies who don't want to advertise their products if the channel doesn't maintain high "quality".

I don't go to the gym because I don't have one here in this tiny town that I live in but I have been walking 5 miles a day and I've lost 22 pounds doing so. I'm loving the new channel Mike, I just subbed today and watched all 5 videos.

Nice video Mike. By the way, one of these days you should do a video of going to Sweden and showing us the best places to visit. Also the importance of sauna. I read most people in Sweden have a sauna and use it all the time. How important is to have one and which brands are the best ones and how much does it cost.

Hey man I love the videos but gotta be honest I’m struggling trying to commit to a gym and all the cheap ones around me are extremely crowded. Also for my job I work in a warehouse very fast paced environment and when I get home it’s a struggle to convince myself to go. Do you have any suggestions?
I do bud!! Back when I worked 3 to 11 shift at a envelope factory, I would either run before work or after work at my Highschool!! I would take my stuff to work and head straight to the track or go home and eat then head out at like 12:30 and run 10 miles around the track or down thru town!! I didn’t lift much but I was addicted to running!! 😎💪🙏🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️

How do you like the ego equipment for the garden ? I’ve been using them for a while now and rate them generally but thinking of trying something else.
Ive watched a few personal VLOGS over the years and find the best ones usually talk about a particular subject (different in most videos) and give their opinion on that subject whilst going about their daily life, getting coffee, lunch or going to the gym, even on days out with the family. It’s like being taken along for the ride and almost like being there for the ones that do it well.
Love it! I have the mower, leaf blower, chain saw etc, all the batteries are married so you can use them on the other products

I don't get offended by swearing (I do it myself) but I have to admit that sometimes I'm in the Kitchen or doing house stuff and would love to turn the volume up, but my neighbors all have kids and will just go to a channel with less swearing instead. Also, you should check out Christian Guzmans old workout videos and nutrition stuff.

You reacting to videos actually isn’t a bad idea.
I'm 68 and I'm hear to tell you. If you are younger than I am and your focus is only on looking like "The Hulk", with supplements etc., fine and good. But, if you don't have a good daily cardio workout routine, you'll not make it to a ripe old age. Your family and friends will wonder how death could happen so early to someone who looked to be in such good health. In my fitness center I see a hand full of young bulked-up guys on a regular basis but I never see them doing any kind of a cardio workout. Maybe they run in their neighborhood or elsewhere.

Hey M. AutoVlog, this particular guy is the latest Y-T sensation very similar to Martyn & "Liver King" as ALL have ZERO accomplishments in the bodybuilding or power lifting realm. Better choice for your stage of the game in fitness would be Mike Mentzer's sound advice. BTW - if you're going to be consistent with training regularly (ie; WEIGHTS) you need to consume a minimum of one gram of PROTEIN per pound of body weight. This most likely will require TWO meal replacements (ex. two protein powder shakes) at 50 grams each early/late. Hope this helps Yo ! 🤜💥🤛
