True story… Petr Nedved lived in the upstairs unit, I think there are two. Saw Jagr there once with some good looking ladies! I used to be his neighbor back in the 90’s and I actually used your garage with my 1992 Subaru SVX…good memories, now living in FL. Great location, view, and way to start the next chapter. You come across as a good guy.
Been there brother. The restart in a new place is tough. But you’ll be surprised at how quickly you acquire all the “regular things” you’re used to having. Head up amigo.

Still won’t be able to use the Deck and Balcony much it’s miserable most of the year in Pennsylvania especially dark and overcast Pittsburgh. I lived there 2 years and it isn’t a patch on florida. You have a deck like that in florida and you can actually enjoy it all the year. Plus your cars and you don’t have to buy cars that are capable of driving in freezing weather and snow. He should use this situation as a positive and move to somewhere nice and warm all year especially being into YouTubing. Way more car shows in florida than Pittsburgh… no state income taxes either.
Those night views are sweet! When I bought a house for "the year between wives" I had priorities as well with the big TV and I even took a spare bedroom so the pool table could have the Master and its own bathroom LOL

I just moved from Florida to Ohio due to a separation and divorce. I’m not you’re making the money, Florida is a very difficult state to live as a single individual.
Situation does suck. But you have to take care of yourself and I’m shocked you are staying there instead of moving to Florida where you seemed happy every time you were there.
So very cool Mike! It reminds me of my divorce of 16 years. I had a chair and a sweet flat panel television. I felt nervous and out of my element but also giddy with excitement. Lots of mixed feelings obviously. Overall, it was a reset and a chance to reinvent myself personally. I felt so empowered honestly. Very nice view! Sweet bachelor pad for sure! Best of luck Mike! 👌

Mike, your office entrance is very tight but you may be able to move stuff out through the one sliding door down the balcony in through that sliding door into your office. you can remove the glass panels very easily just a thought
