    Ice massaging works even better. I had neck pain, muscle spasm / trigger points and having used the tendonitisexpert method.

    I was doing the same therapy which i learnt from my seniors but never really knew why ..now i have the answer..it all makes sense now..thank you for explaining the rationale of the trigger point release treatment 👍

    Cold therapy did nothing for mine trigger points. Do you recommend lifting weights to help with trigger points, for relief.

      Hi Michael,
      Some people respond to cold therapy others less so. Movement and exercise including weight training are usually beneficial for everyone, as long as not contraindicated. You should really try and find the underlying cause for your trigger points in order to find the most effective treatment.
