thank you so much for this video as my motor was not working and i was worried about why it wasnt then i watched this video and saw that i had a very similar throttle as you and because of you saying you need to use a paper clip to jump the power lock i made a cable with 2 pins on the end that would do the same thing then the motor worked i am so grateful thank you very much.

You should do a separate video on how to properly add Flux and temps, your setup etc. for soldering those connection. Would be cool if that was in here.

Power has heat shrink added but you skipped how or what you used to properly and safely tap into it. Can you elaborate?
Did you cut the XT 90 you wired in and than add the wires with just heat shrink?
I had the wires soldered to the power wires for my gauge. There’s other ways to do it though. a.aliexpress.com/_msbxcn2
is all the re wiring is it necessary? Not tryna be rude but i just had a question becuase im starting a build and im new and im wondering can this just be like a Plug n play? or is some re wiring like required to actually run?
Depends which kit you bought etc. you should be able to make it work how it comes
What is that three pin connector called for the phase wires? I can find the two pin XT 90 but not the three pin

I’m not sure what you mean but no this is the 48v vevor kit. I’d recommend just getting a kunray my1020+ then a fardriver controller

Do you have a recommendation for a brand lithium battery, ive built a ton of powerwheels but my first razor im building and new to the cintroller and lithium scene, will any 48v 15ish ah lithium battery be ok
Amorge! Join modified razors on facebook and look up amorge. You’ll find a guy by the name of allen and there instructions on how to order

It’s a decent beginner kit if you know how to DIY and solder
seen you on tiktok and i’m building a 48v 2000w mx350. when i checked my hall sensors i saw one missing wire and i was wondering if there’s one missing as well for you?

@@JordyBuilds so for the vevor it has the positive and negative wires like the motor phase wires (they have holes) but my coamms battery has a connecter
The plug is called a Dean connector, you can cut ring terminals and put the opposite Dean connector on to match battery

How do you make the 3 speed wires go in order ? Instead of 132 make it go 123

Do you know what wires you would switch to change the direction of the motor
Swap two of the phase wires until it goes correct direction. Two of the three motor wires the blue green yellow
@@JordyBuildsok I swapped the blue and green wires and it goes the correct direction but under load it jerks at take off and won’t go unless have rolling start

Not sure what you mean. Flip the wheel and weld freewheel
i've got that same controller, I hooked it up to a hall sensor motor and battery lock out and throttle, i was getting a throttle output signal but my motor was not turning! is there any other jumpers necessary to turn this controller on? or maybe is my controller bad? or my motor bad
Do you have your electric lock/ key switch set up ?
@@JordyBuilds I put a jumper wire across it, I was getting throttle output above 4 volts. I'm dealing with a 2014 Bionx 500w 36v motor that I have to remove all the spokes to get it apart to check inside.
My moter feels like the e brake is on what shuold i do
What’s your set up? Also make sure your chain isn’t too tight and also make sure your brakes are actually not sticking.

How did you come off the battery for power? Need details on that.

12-14 miles
what batteries do you have and how long do they last?
48v 15ah about 15 miles
Do you have a link to that fuse ?
Just a standard 12awg 30a fuse
can you send the link to the throttle?
Just electric twist throttle on amazon or ebay
When I plug the motor into the battery and roll the throttle the motor will do like 4 rotations then it stops
I still have power going through the controller and after the 4 rotations the gear inches forward then goes back to stationary do you know what the problem could be?

You go by through this so fast because you know it some people here are trying to figure it out for the first time explain the colors you covered the colors up and didn’t explain them. What’s the blue wire go to the thick one you got red, black and blue. What’s the blue one? You don’t show where that goesand you don’t mention it so far that I noticed
I go over it. Blue green yellow is phase wires
Red and black or power
Which is the high speed switch it’s all Chinese
