Number 2, for me.😏
#1. I don't know what I want, but I know I need to experiment with new things to find out. However, I'm stuck in my comfort zone and am afraid to try new things.

The world teaches you about what you're supposed to want and what your supposed to have. Always living for tomorrow. Never taking in today.

It took me 55 years to figure this out. One word…simple. Simple finances (no debt), relationships ( cut off toxic friends, siblings, parents, spouse/girlfriend), employment (no stress), diet (lose weight so you have great health in the future), stuff (less is more) etc. Maybe another word to use is peace.
I can’t get no.... satisfaction.
But for real needed to hear this today.

Never be satisfied. Always be grateful but not satisfied. When you become satisfied you stop growing and learning. Don't rest at the middle. Rest at the end!

I don't get satisfied with money... I am into a retail business, and recently I noticed am almost always thinking about getting more money...it's as if I don't value my profits or even take the time to enjoy it wisely... the more it comes, the more I need more and I am just not satisfied... I will spend a little today and be grateful that I can earn outside my 9-5 work and learn to be satisfied because God always provides my needs .... He always does

This is like the universe speaking too me. Recently I hit 1K subs on my channel yet I am only receiving about 30views per video. It got me down but I realized if I am doing my purpose, the people will come along! Sitting and pouting won’t help. Depending on an app to make me happy too wouldn’t help

I think a huge problem is that people "get tired of living their life for everyone else" and "finally decide to do things their way regardless of the way it makes someone else feel. "It is better to give than it is to receive "
These words ring true through and through...unless you are truly a narcissistic or psychopathic individual. If you're a giving, loving person who always puts others first, not only will you find true contentment, but your name will be known in your town, people will love you and trust you.
Serve others and stop living for yourself. Look where its got you, right? Empty or always complaining and never being happy. In my practice I've seen this so many times. So sad how easy contentment is to obtain.

I can not explain nor stress how much this video came into the perfect time of my life. I'm talking/going on dates with someone who is a blessing. She is something new to me in all aspects of love. And recently I started feeling all of this. I was never like this. I was on cloud 9 and everything, but then I noticed I've been falling. This video made me realize because I dont have a sense of direction for my life. And now that I have someone potential will be apart of my life for the long run. I fell into this feeling. Love this. The last point I have also found so vital and true. When I'm struggling and feeling down or frustrated I ask myself what can I learn from what I am experiencing right now. Then, when I'm ready I try to take it a step further and make a commitment to offer the lessons I've learned to others--could be as simple as an Instagram post or something. This has helped my find meaning in the struggle. Thanks so much for this reminder.

Such a great video - so true!! I always pursue my dreams, even if other people believe they are impossible, and although it’s challenging, it’s so rewarding when I achieve them! I have noticed that other people get envious/try to put me down, because I am happy, even when things are tough - they have given up/stay in their comfort zone, while I have a goal to work towards and that keeps my spirits up! 😻

All I ever wanted was respect and appreciation from others. Most are beyond ignorant. So now, I just want my creativity (digital art) to be known and appreciated. That will be enough for me.
Im kind of the same way. As a species, we're hardwired to getting appreciation and acceptance from others. But we should base our entire existence over getting validation. Ultimately the one person we need to accept and validate is ourselves. I'm not into digital art, but I do hand drawn art.

We are never satisfied because we seek horizontally what can only be found vertically. The key to satisfaction is not to achieve some worldly goal. The key to satisfaction is sincere, deep, real humility. Humility is the foundation of all that is good and satisfying, because humility begets thankfulness, gratitude for everything, and awareness of the grace of God.
True, real, permanent satisfaction comes from only one place - the spirit. We are spiritual beings that God has placed in a physical world. The resulting tension (between the physical and spiritual) is our teacher. To love God and to love others in the way that God loves us - this is the only true satisfaction, and yes, this can be a lifelong quest for many of us.
Very important thing to remember while doing the first point is to deconstruct what has been told to you that you should want for yourself. it's very insidious, and can be tricky but need to be done, otherwise you will be stuck with the problem. to each reflexion and conclusion you get while thinking about you and what you want, you MUST ask yourself if this is not something that someone else want, or something to set up a pretty picture for other to look at. You need to deconstruct what you have been told to want.
Also I think it's important to also set up what you DON'T want at all too, make it easier to recognize when you might fall into something that doesn't and won't fit you.
Though the 'Fear = False Edvidence Appearing Real', stricke hard, and I've definetly been called out by 'if you were assured sucess, where would you be with your life'. like YEAH I KNOW ! I know what I want ! not for tomorrow, but maybe not so far away from my reach
