    Good job. To finalise it and to minimise any damage to the vehicle, heat shrink over the tyre pawls so if you accidentally bump the guard of the vehicle the paint should be protected.
    Cheers bud, thanks for all.

    • @bruced1429
      @bruced1429 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      he used his magdrill with annular cutter , so no drill bits were used. You get hundreds of holes with an annular cutter

    • @BrandonLund
      @BrandonLund  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @Tank Soldier as Bruce D mentioned itvwas an annular cutter. It looks pretty much like a holesaw but instead of thin teeth they are wide and stay sharp for hundreds of holes. They cut fast because you aren't hogging out the entire hole, just the perimeter like a holesaw

      You may already be aware but there is a product from Weld-Aid called Weld Kleen 350 that does a great job and isn't oily. Comes in a gallon jug and can just put it in a spray bottle. Can get it off Amazon for about $35 per gallon.

    • @BrandonLund
      @BrandonLund  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @SHAHID AFRIDI thank you for your support and sub. If I understand your question correctly I believe that machine is a combination stick / tig welder and I would recommend a 3/32 diameter rod (2.38 mm) 7018. Also, I have been watching a lot of automotive repair videos lately from your country and I am amazed at your work ethic and ingenuity. You folks are able to do some really incredible work with limited resources and I really like that nothing goes to waste. We'll done!

    • @BrandonLund
      @BrandonLund  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @SHAHID AFRIDI it will all depend on how many amps your machine produces and how far from your machine you are welding. The longer the distance the bigger the wire you need. For a 200 amp welder mine have 1/0 cable and for my smaller welders I think they have #2 cable. I know it didn't address it directly but I hope this helps. 🙏
