Hey Jim, big admirer of your work, that mig wire feed setup you have there, could you tell me the machine, the settings, and the wire used, I’m this machine away from turn my company legit...would really appreciate if you replied... keep up the quality projects!
Hey jimbo, question. I'm in California and was wondering if I really need a contractors L to be doing ornamental metal work. I wanna start my own business, but I can't prove my experience working with metal
Show, congratulations ... How do I get an evolution machine like yours, I live in Brazil and the voltage here is 220v, can I get that voltage out there? Could you help me how do I get to buy one out there?
What up Jimbo! Love your channel! Im from Alabama and work at the local shipyard and just got a multiprocess AC/DC welder/plasma, I was wondering, starting off as a little side hustle what’s your process as far as finding work? I’ve got all the know how as far as fabrication but don’t know where to find work? Just go door to door? Thanks man! Keep making videos!
With your insistence on putting end caps on tubing, I would assume that you would have closed the bottom gaps and then ground them smooth. Especially since I’ve never seen a warehouse floor perfectly smooth🥴
I do heaps of aluminium tig welding and there's a saying too much much weld.. especially tacking in sequence and welding beads to prevent distortion... should mark out your position of your welds a not go gun ho ... try to be more specific on spacing and sequenceing
Hey Jim, I was wanting a certain T-shirt from your store but you were out of my size... I sent an email to you asking when it would be back in stock but no one responded... Come on now I really want to sport your merchandise but at least respond or something???
And in no time flat, that will be at an actual fab shop getting fixed because its gonna crack harder then a meth'd up crack addict. You didnt v out and of the weld areas, the handles will snap off guaranteed first time its dropped. This is why welding should be licensed, so yobbo's can't call them selves welders
It’s nice to watch you do these builds. Nice work as usual!
Sweet, love when jimbo breaks out the thick aluminum! :) favorite vids
Welcome back Jumbo Garage
Very nice. Something I do when TIG welding aluminum is use a smaller cup. It seems to lessen the white etching zone

Any tips for getting settings dialed in quickly with aluminum?
I don’t have much experience welding aluminum.
Nice project. Like the line you wont get better if you dont practice. Truth
You should fabricate a trailer hitch ball mount

Why did you switch from everlast? Ive been looking into getting a machine from them and Wanted to see did you have issues with your everlast machines?
I am from Indonesia and want to learn that many foreigners have worked in the field of welding for 10 years

What brand clamps are they your using on your fixture table
Why on earth do you not use a ceramic flap disc??? No wax required and sharp as hell.

Advertising in Facebook usually works... It all depends on what kind of work you are looking to do...
Hey Jimbo. Have you tried a toilet wax ring for the wax ? Give it a try.
Where you buy the tables welding can you the link please
Thanks for watching, weldtables.com Jimbo!
What did you charge the customer on this Jimbo?
With your insistence on putting end caps on tubing, I would assume that you would have closed the bottom gaps and then ground them smooth. Especially since I’ve never seen a warehouse floor perfectly smooth🥴
NIce looking tig welds Jimbo, good job big man :-)
All those welders but no band saw? sell a couple of welders and get a mitering bandsaw you get way more use out of that then welders.
Any chance you add the link to the beeswax stick like you mentioned?
Some guys use toilet wax rings.
How high is the price of Al these days over there?
👍👍👍👍👍из России с любовью.!
Anyone know how he is able to mig weld aluminum without using a spool gun stinger?
Is your ProPulse 300. Got a push pull gun on it?
The propulse can weld aluminum without a push pull gun. You need a other liner for the gun and other wheels for the drive system
Them are the longest "tacks" I have ever seen!

Jimbo, this would have been a great pulse mig job in my shop ..... but if you have 300 amps tig you can do it !!!!
Looks great but..
Can I just say the obvious that a loading dock plate made of aluminum would have been cheeper and probley weigh less.
I kinda like the sky cam intro better 😞
Killer.
The bigger the gob...
ysss

Thanks for watching, What is your email? Or sent me another email i usually respond to all emails. Jimbo!
Ain't this a rerun?

8:00 incorrect weld order. Do the tops/bottoms then the insides. You also did all the longest welds first
