Just finished this one (my first of your channel) and I’m seriously bawling. I’ve been so upset with my body for years and just got diagnosed. I’ve been so lost and tired, I used to be so athletic and free. This was a release. I’m hurting but I’m gonna get through it. Thank you
Oh my goodness this channel is so helpful!!!! I've been recently diagnosed with PCOS, but I've most likely had issues since I was 16. At 18 my periods became dangerously irregular, and only when I was 21 did I take tests, consult a doctor, and was diagnosed. I'm getting married next month, and it's my goal to take control of my PCOS, so I can bear children, and just be a healthier individual. So thanks again for putting this channel together! It's so much appreciated ❤️
@@cianalewis3877 try to do yoga asanas with this for 20 min it will help u and improve diet like lifestyle changes main reasons can be stress too so release stress . And you need to know everything is good until u tries your best that’s the only thing u can control rest is on your body ..! Just do exercise , good diet and think you are doing enough
Nice, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
Hi there I’m new to your channel, it’s so educational and I love it. So I have been recently diagnosed with PCOS, and I also have an autoimmune disease from years ago but my main focus is to get my hormones imbalance - how many days do you recommend to work out and for how long? I am a person who’s used to working out every day a little too much on my body & I also do intermitting fasting too.
I’m glad you like my channel Faye! For most people 3 strength sessions and 2-3 hiit sessions is a good balance. 1-2 days a week do something lighter like walking or gentle yoga.
Just skme feedback. I am new here and i love these 10min workouts bcos im so unhealthy and even 10mins kills me but it would be amazing to know roughly how many calories you might be losing with each particular workout video.
Will this make my pcos cysts pop? I’ve done some heavy exercise and it caused one to pop and it was very painful. I don’t want to do something so heavy that it causes me injury so I’ve been a bit wary.
The most you can safely lose is 1-2 pounds a week on average over the long term. But that is a very aggressive pace. I have found most PCOS patients have long-term success with a gradual weight loss of 2-4 pounds a month.
The fact that there are people out there who can do this without needing a single break amazes me. I wish I can do that
I took my time to complete this for the first time and im crying
Don't be too hard on yourself! The workout is designed for you to use the pause button to accommodate your fitness level.

Congrats of getting started! There’s no way to accurately predict calorie burn. Using a fit bit or Apple Watch would be you best option
Is this workout is enough in a day for pcos or want to do strength training in addition
What amount of time is good for working out daily? For example, for HIIT days, is this 10 min video enough or should I do more?
30 mins of workout throughout the day are good for PCOS, you can divide these 30 minutes in segments
