I had some day trips back since 2012. Now I live in Salzburg because I moved here for work 7 months ago. Now I can enjoy this city every day. Of course I got myself the "Klimaticket" (a ticket for 365€/year for the whole state of Salzburg, not only the city) When we get the "Deutschlandticket" (monthly ticket for regional public transport for 49€/month) I will go to Munich more often. I had been over 3 or 4 times with the "Bayernticket" (26€ for 1 person and every other person added is 6€ more up to 5 people) I'm looking forward to the Munich day trips...
My friend I really enjoyed your video! When you made this beautiful video it was not snowing. I didn't understand why part of the garden at Mirabell Palace was closed. Do you know the reason? I spent eleven days in Salzburg last December. My comeback to my country was from Salzburg till Munich. Greetings from Rio de Janeiro!!!
Totally agree Sharon. The Augustiner brewery(different from the Munich version) is really nice. Didn't have time to cover it on this trip. Next visit for sure.
You mean the one located in Mülln? That's great, I agree. It's totaly different from Munich's version. Here in Salzburg-Mülln it's in a different kind of buffet style. - everyone can decide what he/she wants without chosing from a menu.
@@sharonpapkin8574 Like me Sharon. I was in Salzburg and Munich last December. I spent 11 eleven days there. I hope to return next year. I also love Italy. Greetings from Rio de Janeiro!!
Thank you for video! Can you do a video on how to buy tickets?
Thanks! Indeed, will try to cover all bases on future videos.
Thanks a lot,can you introduce German villages and how to do and pick the best route for two weeks,

Good video ... ❤
Thankyou!
How much train tickets?
I took this train I hated the journey but loved Salzburg
The regional trains can get very crowded in high summer Scott. I suggest the Railjet or ICE. A bit more expensive but worth it.
going to Salzburg, which side of the train has best views? thank you

Sometimes they close off part of the gardens for maintenance reasons. Many thanks for your feedback. Much appreciated.
@@munichtourtipstv7237 thanks for your reply friend!
Re: rail fares. The Bayern Ticket (day ticket Euros27) is valid for Salzburg as Salzburg is the first stop outside of Germany. A great value!
Absolutely! However people should also know the Bayern ticket is not valid on ICE or Railjet trains. Only the regional express.
The best place in Salzburg is augustiner brewing
