Guys, I’m saying this for myself, and you as the viewer, do not let this video turn into another epiphany high. This guy is giving advice that most people would pay thousands of dollars for through therapy and personal trainers. Act like you spent $1000 to watch this video, pay attention to it. Stop watching self improvement that you won’t improve you, watch a video and then apply it immediately. Good luck.

Please take this persons comment seriously because you exactly know what they're about.
Insanity is to hope for change by doing something over and over again without changing something.

Wrote this for myself, sharing here as cheat sheet to take action.
How to identify what's running you
    1. Ask questions like: “What is success to you”? for core beliefs
    2. Ask shadow questions:
    1. Why am I not good enough?
    2. Why am I unlovable?
    3. Why will I always be alone?
    4. What am I hiding?
    5. Why is success scary?
    6. Why is life so hard?
    3. Keep asking “why” on every answer and going deeper
    4. Ask yourself what character of a movie are you - what are the pros and cons of that character?
    5. Look at recurring patterns. What core beliefs could be behind these?
    6. Catch it when you are triggered - what caused the triggering - feel it
    7. Action - Trigger - Release - Repeat | Do stuff that triggers you. Be with the feeling and sensation and surrender to it. Accept if fully and surrender, let go
    8. Guided meditations
    9. Family - being with family will trigger you, use it and let go
Thanks for the amazing content :)

The more I study trauma, the more I discover it creates our entire being, albeit on a completely subconscious level. Recognizing what parts of you, you do authentically or on auto pilot is key to starting your journey to self healing. Your ego is not your authentic self, your ego is a trauma response.

This is absolute gold!! I went through a breakup a month ago and through the relationship my whole self esteem that I worked so hard for vanished. And I asked myself why, but now I see I've always approached the situation wrong. I still based my self worth on other people's opinions, I just got better at fitting in and gaslighting myself into thinking people like me even when they don't. If these things are happening to you, and you haven't done anything wrong, I am very sorry but you shouldn't just sit with your hands still. You should sue their asses for defamation or slander. Get some money, hire a lawyer, find the name of that person and don't contact them again. Just let the lawyer do the work. Defend yourself and don't allow anybody to walk all over you like that. If some bitch out there is making wild claims against your name, they should pay for it.
I hear stories like that all the time, some people even went to prison with just false claims. I would assume you live in the West. Civilization has completely fallen over there.
This is completely unacceptable and the worst thing is that people do nothing about it. What kind of message does this give? If all these wrong doings are happening and people just remain apathetic and do nothing then they will keep happening to the point of collapse...
That's why society is going backwards, because bullies are not being dealt with. Bullies just belittle people because they are weak themselves.
The only way for the bad guys to win in this world is when the good guys do nothing.
That bitch is now going to do that again to some other guy and it may get serious...
If you haven't done anything wrong then you should defend yourself. She must back herself up with evidence(footage, witnesses). You can't just walk around disrespecting people like that, making false claims without justifying anything. Defend yourself. If this is the society you live in where nobody listens to your side of the story and they just rush to label you as predator without any proof, then I truly pity you. You should get out, yesterday...
If this was happening to a loved one, would you do nothing? Imagine that you become a father, would you allow that to happen to your son?
Doing nothing has consequences as well.

Go to court. Sue for defamation and seek damages for mental anguish. If you are truly innocent, then you have the right to destroy them for attempting to destroy you. ALL allegations should be brought to court. If they are simply thrown and never see court then they are little more than an attempted assassination and should be treated as an attempt on your life. People self-end from allegations. It ABSOLUTELY is an attempt on your life and you have the right and the DUTY to defend yourself.
Find out who it is, and sue their entire genetic line back to the stone age. Today its you. Tomorrow it's someone who has a lot more to lose and will end things a lot messier than they went into it. Not fighting back is simply not an option. You only make yourself an easy target. And they're demonic with it too... If this doesn't get you, they'll wait until you have something actually worth taking and then "allege" again.

I got the best example; imagine your toilet is clogged (with traumas, core beliefs, and self sabotage), then life flushes with a sensation, and the toilet starts to fill up, to the point it start going all out on the floor, you start slipping, making you fall, hitting stuff, hurting yourself, doing deep breaths won't fix things, everything is still going out. What do you need to do to fix it? Get ready and unclog it, it's not easy, it's going to be unpleasent you are going to hate it, but once it finally gets unclog, once you let go, and the sensations starts to flow, everything feels better, of course you still need to clean the floor, but now there're no more sensations going out

Start feeling again and wanting to feel again. Start connecting with your heart again, feeling it again. You will get everything to let go of what you need to let go of automatically. No need for introspection and shadow question’s. You will feel the feeling staying in it and completely letting it be. And in the process you will get the info. You will understand deeply what is going on without even thinking consciously about it. It will come as a strange thought like: „i hate myself“ or „im so scared of that or this“. And you focus entirely on feelings and feel them all out. Be completely with them. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But its starting a new life for you. I dont think it is bad to do introspection and shadow questions. I just don’t think it is absolutely necessary. Big thank you Julien for bringing this long video up. Much love from Germany

Hey man, never heard of you before a couple of videos ago, but damn your content seems to be what other coaches hide in premium gold programs. As a matter of fact this is the case. Now with all of this information the other coaches seem like plastic content against this just because of your commitment to helping people. I would like more videos on chronic problems with disciplin. I have felt my whole life like I walked against a force and now and then I can cope, but I get back to almost no routine with the things I really want to achieve and I am in dire need to move forward now. If you hear me on that Id appreciate content on this a ton. Keep on going man. You seem to have survived a living hell (you caused yourself) and turned all around. That is mad inspiration.

What's really interesting is not too long ago I heard something similar, and the solution given was to create an alter ego, completely separate from your current identity. I did this sort of meditation on my own where I disconnected from me and everything I perceived as my identity, and things have just started to happen around me. I've made decisions that benefit me but I would have otherwise not made. I am actually succeeding and not holding myself back what so ever, it has honestly saved me. Think Tyler Durden from fight club. Without killing my identity I just put it to the side and created another me that has no context and no past or previous preconceptions of how the world works and what I should and shouldn't do I just let him do his thing. Kinda wild how well it's worked for me actually.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” - Carl Jung
Become a trigger chaser and thank the messengers. Focus on the message. Thinking FUELS the trigger, feeling HEALS the trigger. Action- Trigger- Release- Repeat. Allow yourself to truly feel it. To release it, you have to feel it. Remove the numbness and let it back up. Let it take over and let go. Re-sensitization over De-sensitization.
    1. Become aware of what you want to let go of. Become aware of what's out of your awareness.
    2. Allow yourself to experience it fully.
    3. Let it come up and let it out.
Mindfulness is focusng on all the negative and letting go of it. Realize presence rather than chasing presence. Ego= effort.
You must become aware of what you want to let go of. Sensations (located in body) come before emotion/ labels. Feel = letting go. You're not getting rid of anything. You're letting go of attachment to this version of you and resistance to being what is unacceptable. No attachment, no aversion. Feel. Be. Letting go- stop doing. stop stuffing down. Not analyzing or judging. Being with it. Feeling it. Openness and feeling. Keep bringing it back to the sensations. You are free 🌟

After watching this video carefully and studying it, and resolving many of my psychological knots over a few days, I suddenly felt physical exhaustion at the same time I felt an inner liberation. It was a strange feeling, as if I had the flu, and today is my first day.
Also, the tension I used to feel in my head has completely disappeared.
Today is my first day after this. My body is very tired, but I am happy and joyful about life, and there’s nothing internally bothering me."

Three things that keep it all alive
You and people live in invisible prison
You can never fight the self sabotage gaurd with direct approaching.
Shifting away from what now to why?
Three generators that keep it alive
    1) core believes
2)core identify (who you consider yourself to be)
    3) past traumas (alot of self sabotage aligns with that)
These 3 generators are off you're free.
The quality of your life has much less to do what you add to it and more to do with what you remove from it.

The thing that I resonated with the most, or liked it the most was how you drew that split between good and bad. And that we all try to make the good part bigger, but we actually need to accept the bad stuff and become whole again. For me, the "bad stuff" is actually laughter, my sense of humour, my creativity... I thought I "didn't have a soul" or personality. But I always had, I just ignore that part of me. It's the best thing I've seen on this channel.

But yeah, it's a good one, because i'm often guilty of consuming self improvement content instead of of going to sleep to be the best at work the next day. I'm currently on 35 minutes of the video. I knew the story of the "most hated man" and it felt so wrong. I could imagine this was a terrible misunderstanding and how painful must have been for you. Similar story happened to the great film director Lars von Trier when he said one word too much (being overhonest and sort of innocent person inside, surprisingly) and he got banned from Cannes and simply couldn't understand how he managed to upset people so much. I felt for him and for you too but I must say I admire your teachings twice as much since I heard that. Tony de Mello, zen masters, Tyler Durden (outfits! :) ) somehow mixed in one person - and when I watch yoir videos and try to implement your healing ways to my life I always feel heard and understood and yes, called out but you make a whole process so safe. Marvellous work, keep going, we need you. 🎉 thanks.

I have been diligently taking notes from each of your videos, and taking consistent action.
This video helped me fill up the gaps in what I didn't understand about letting go and breaking of the invisible prison.
After you discussed 'Files versus Folders', I realised that I wouldn't need to keep letting go of every single fear that triggers me, but instead aim to let go of the underlying fear/s that encompasses other fears beneath it.
Looking forward to more! 🙏God bless.

Hey Julien, this video made me discover something.
So, my goal is to start a business. I've procrastinated for 6 months, and I still do that. Without discipline and motivation, I find it hard to stay on top of my daily tasks. I doubt myself a lot and often find excuses.
Following the trail of "whys," I found this:
For me, success = stress. It involves a lot of responsibility, and I need to put myself out there.
Why is that bad? - Because I feel weak, and I believe that only hardworking people can achieve success.
That's why I don't feel deserving of it.
Now, please tell me, what should I do? Should I accept the fact that I might be weak? What do you recommend?

@JulienHimself I have a question about shadow questions. Does it matter how you phrase the question? For example, a thought that runs through my brain over and over again, especially when something goes wrong is “I can’t do anything right.” Would it be better to feed into it by forming the shadow question as “Why can’t I do anything right?” or should I be phrasing it as if to combat that thought like “Why do I have to do everything right?”

follow the trails of whys....to get rid of them lies
but yeah that's something I've realized. Our emotions are a good sensor/indicator of what's going on in the inside. It's not wrong or right (the feeling itself), but, if you experience an emotional overreaction, then that's a cue to you, that something is wrong internally, and there's something deeper you need to dig into. Like Julien mentions, dig deeper, keep asking why to get to the root cause. If you feel disrespected/angry/sad, why do you feel that way? The other thing or person that triggered that feeling, oftentimes they aren't trying to make you feel bad. So, why did you interpret it in a negative fashion? Getting to the core of the root cause, will allow you to fix / bring healing to it.
And as Jesus and the Bible mentions, forgiveness is a big part of something we should do, but also something that brings healing. We first need to get right with God (recognize our sin, apologize and ask God to forgive us, turn to Him and try to do right and live right before Him, then love and forgive others)

I have achieved great success with health, physique, finance, career and hobbies. Admittedly, as strong as I might appear, there are some deep rooted things of my past that no one else knows of that hinder me from specific things. The use of analogies and thorough discussion toward success is excellent. I still need to work on a lot myself and will continue to help others with such knowledge. Thank you sir!
