Great trails there mate. As a kid I went on family holidays to both of those towns. I remember we had amazing weather in Abersoch. Can't remember much else, it was all in black and white in those days 👴
Cheers Mark. Yeah, it's my wife's childhood holiday place. They used to have a chalet on The Warren. Now we hire a place for the week. Weather has been superb the last few years, abs when the sun is out, there really is no place like it. Could watch the boats come and go for hours. So much affluence and money up there too. My dad used to sail there as a teenager always said it was full of Lotus cars 😁
Sometimes the simple videos are the best. I enjoyed this one, Ian. I missed it when it dropped. Those are some cracking looks trails and my favorite place to run is under a canopy of trees.

Such a nice route Ian, loved the variety in there with everything from beaches to woods. These kinds of routes are why I'm such a big fan of trail running!

Unfortunately, the small humans take premium space now, so I have to slim down to one pair of shoes 😉

Yeah - I remembered some of your training runs that you did along the coast. Having the sea nearby really does give a sense of freedom.
