      Yeah your immune system can be affected too when running long distances so have to prioritise rest as much as you can!

    Any tips for a sub 2 hour half marathon? I'm new to running, been training for a month now. Actually this will be my 1st half marathon. Can I possibly do a sub 2 hour?

      Yes sub 2 hour for sure is possible on your first! I’d practice intervals at that target pace for reps of 2k followed by a 200m walk. Repeat this a few times and slowly increase the number of reps you can do at this pace!
