Any tips for a sub 2 hour half marathon? I'm new to running, been training for a month now. Actually this will be my 1st half marathon. Can I possibly do a sub 2 hour?
Yes sub 2 hour for sure is possible on your first! Iâd practice intervals at that target pace for reps of 2k followed by a 200m walk. Repeat this a few times and slowly increase the number of reps you can do at this pace!

Yeah your immune system can be affected too when running long distances so have to prioritise rest as much as you can!
