North Wales was one of our favourite places, we've been to all the places featured here - and many more. It's a walkers paradise and we always had our dog with us; there's loads of dog friendly accommodation almost everywhere you go. It's on a par with the Lake District and the Dales, but much less touristy. I lost my wife 15 years ago now but your lovely video has brought back so many memories. A beautiful place and so underrated and all the better for it - it has just the right combination of 'busy and not busy' if you know what I mean.

We love to visit Wales at least once or twice a year but always go to Porthmadog or Llandudno, after seeing this I really need to explore new places in the stunning country 😍
Hello. Great video. I live in the south so never had the luck to speak my native tongue. I’m a regular visitor to the north, I have family in Bala. There are many You Tube videos for Wales but yours outshines them, especially as you have a real Welsh accent, well done. I regularly scream at videos purporting to be Welsh when they can’t pronounce the simplest Welsh place name. you won’t believe the pronunciations of Beddgelert and Bettws-y-Coed I’ve heard!
Thanks so much, what a lovely comment. We have also heard many people get our place names so very wrong, so for a bit of a laugh, we made this video. Check it out if you have a spare few mins. We've done dyserth waterfall in our curious Clwyd video, we've not really 'done' Prestatyn before (it's on our list), but we have enjoyed a drone fly from there and did end up there on our AI planned out day out!! Cheers for watching 🍻
@@PostcardAndAPint you’ll really enjoy Prestatyn. Go to the observation point above the town and down to the Dyserth - Prestatyn walkway , the Roman Baths, the Meliden Golf course, onto the Nova by the beach and the Gronant sand dunes.
Some cracking shots there guys, including some belting drone shots. The mind boggles about the effort gone in to collect shots from such a huge library! Love that you got from one to the other by stating the mileage! This is such a great itinerary for anyone visiting Wales. You would need a month to visit all these wonderful places! So many sunny shots amongst this list too. Hope you guys are having an amazing cruise. 🍻
Ah thanks guys. This one has been a long time coming and it's been so much fun finding our favourite clips. We see you've got a drone now and can't wait to see what you guys film! We also nearly lost ours on its first outing! The ship is fun so far. It's nice to be out of the rain!!! Cheers 🍻
Oh wow there are some amazing places in Wales .. i am looking for somewhere nice to take my little dog … just wondering if you have any videos showing dog friendly places ( new subscriber cant wait to watch more of your videos)
We don't have a video like that as we don't have a dog. It's a good idea for a video though. We will certainly look to see if beaches are dog friendly from now on though. Lots of beaches in the video certainly are as we always encounter dogs! Have a look at Slaws adventures - they have been in north wales a fair bit and have two little dogs. Cheers for watching 🍻
You guys should so be sponsored by the Welsh tourist board 😊🙌. North Wales has a really special place in our hearts, think it does for most scousers, it is the closest place we're we can escape to the green hills and countryside. So many lovely memories made here. We are glad to see there are still a few more places we have yet to visit though, added to our list! 😊. Fab video as always guys, Cheers to beautiful Wales 🍻 Shell and Pete
Ah thanks guys! I wish the Welsh tourist board would sponsor us!!! It was lovely to visit all of these places again and we've learnt a lot since we did our first compilation! We still need to visit Portmeirion when it's not raining!!! Keep on visiting! Cheers 🍻
I’ve only been to 2 castles. One in Orlando, Fl and one on Anaheim, CA. 🤣😂 That would be Cinderella & Snow White’s castle at Disney. Never been to a real castle before. I should visit Wales.
You should try making versions of these videos in French, German, Italian etc. I'm sure it would help boot foreign tourism! (And as we all know, you only need one to go viral these days and it can pay your mortgage off)
Thanks for this. We'd never thought about that. We will bank that one if that's ok and hopefully give that a go in future. We'd have to hire a voice over artist that could translate and record, but it's definitely worth thinking about. Cheers 🍻

@@midean6005 it's a pain in the backside and one of the worst things that has happened, but, most people don't stick to it! Only past speed cameras and bunches of neighbourhood watch pensioners!! Well that's how it is where we live! Cheers for watching 🍻
The biggest problem touring the area is the likelihood of losing your licence if you break the 20mph speed limit accidentally a few times. Tourism in the area is down considerably since the introduction of the speed limit. They obviously don’t want outsiders!
To be honest, I've largely driven as I always have - I do 20 when there's a speed camera or a speed van, in our area most people are driving like this and we've certainly not received any ticket! Fingers crossed they rescind this stupid law, it's been a massive waste of money! Cheers for watching 🍻

@@PostcardAndAPint Great. I will subscribe and check out your site more closely.
We love to visit Wales at least once or twice a year but always go to Porthmadog or Llandudno, after seeing this I really need to explore new places in the stunning country 😍
Both excellent choices!!! We hope you do get to visit more on your next visit. Cheers 🍻
@@PostcardAndAPint I’ve spent this wet and miserable day watching your vlogs to try and cheer the day up…..my jubilee visit to London was 👎🏻 too!
Smashing video. We'll be there at the end of July so this handy research timing!
Hope the planning is going well. Do let us know your itinerary once you know and we'll see if we can squeeze in that drink. Cheers 🍻
New subscriber here. Excellent video and your pronunciations are spot on - da iawn chi.
Ah thank you. We love where we live. Cheers for watching 🍻
Great 👍
Thank you so much for watching 🍻
You've done a great job in selling north Wales as a terrific place to visit, the local tourist office should make you two ambassadors for them.
Ah thanks guys! We'd love that one day! Cheers for watching 🍻
Thanks again. How To Say THOSE Welsh Place Names - A Complete Guide

Fantastic information I nant see few from this 😂
Thank you so much for watching. We hope you get to visit soon. 🍻
Great video, but you missed out Prestatyn and the Dyserth waterfall.
@@PostcardAndAPint great thank you i will check them out
You guys should so be sponsored by the Welsh tourist board 😊🙌. North Wales has a really special place in our hearts, think it does for most scousers, it is the closest place we're we can escape to the green hills and countryside. So many lovely memories made here. We are glad to see there are still a few more places we have yet to visit though, added to our list! 😊. Fab video as always guys,
Cheers to beautiful Wales 🍻
Shell and Pete
Ah thanks guys! I wish the Welsh tourist board would sponsor us!!! It was lovely to visit all of these places again and we've learnt a lot since we did our first compilation! We still need to visit Portmeirion when it's not raining!!! Keep on visiting! Cheers 🍻
brilliant
Thank you so much. Cheers 🍻
I’ve only been to 2 castles. One in Orlando, Fl and one on Anaheim, CA. 🤣😂
That would be Cinderella & Snow White’s castle at Disney.
Never been to a real castle before. I should visit Wales.
Both notable castles Ken!! You need to get over to wales to see them stripped back and a few hundred years older!!! Cheers 🍻
Conwy Castle & City Walls
I think Conwy is our favourite castle! Cheers for watching 🍻
Cheers 🍻
HI DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ON '' MOELFRE OR PORTH HELAETH DULAS .
@@PJSMYTH-h1g not yet. We do love Moelfre. We've never been to Porth Helaeth. Thanks for putting it on our list! 🍻
Very nice but where was Portmeirion??
@@matthewstanton9633 thank you for your comment. We wanted to include Portmeirion, we have actually got a full video from there but it wasn’t the nicest day and we wanted to show it in nice weather, so will definitely be included in our next one 🍻

What happened to Portmeirion
We love it and would love to include it. Since we've had the channel though, anytime we've been there it's absolutely chucked it down. We'd love to show it in the sunshine! Fingers crossed when we make North Wales volume 3, we will achieve this and it will be in. Cheers for watching 🍻
No Elan valley?
When we make a Mid Wales video, that will be in for sure. Cheers for watching 🍻
This is a weird comment but I love how haunted everything looks lol…it’s funny because I’m the USA things just aren’t as old as the stuff in Europe/uk/whales
Soon I will be a stones throw away in Dublin!
It probably all has its share of ghosts as it's so old!
Ah that's so cool. Can you believe we've never beeen to Ireland!!! So bad since it's next door! Are you on holiday or playing there? Have the best time ever. 🍻

@@trevjones1315 we never bang on about over tourism! Everyone's welcome on our eyes. Cheers for watching 🍻
Stopped going to Wales as fed up with the 20MPH. So tired by the time you get there watching the speedo.
@@midean6005 it's a pain in the backside and one of the worst things that has happened, but, most people don't stick to it! Only past speed cameras and bunches of neighbourhood watch pensioners!! Well that's how it is where we live! Cheers for watching 🍻
@@Cader-ce6bv thank you so much for watching and your lovely comment. Cheers 🍻
wheres rhyl?llandudno is a dump lol
We have a fair few Rhyl vlogs on our channel!! Got a real soft spot for the place.
At 20 MPH no thanks
Not gonna lie, no one does it where we live - we'll only past speed cameras and police cars!! Cheers for watching 🍻
What ever you do don’t visit Holyhead … it a complete shit hole. Bangor even worse now resembling a foreign country.
We've only ever driven through Holyhead, so can't comment. What we've seen of Bangor though seemed lovely. The pier and the theatre! Cheers for watching 🍻
Just dont let them know your English or they will charge you double for everything 🙄
Haha, cheers. It’s ok though, we’re Welsh 🏴
