I appreciate the way Amanda listens. You can see it in her body language, and the way she follows up and adds to the conversation. She leaves room for the conversation and Madison's voice be heard and unfold naturally. This is honestly one of the best conversations I've seen around the topics discussed. Loved, loved, loved this!

I love this conversation. I love the strength and vulnerability shared between you two.The weight of patriarchy weighs diffrently when you are preceived as male vs preceived as female. Women are viewed as prey and men are viewed as hunters...so to be in this world preceived as woman is scary. I love how empowering TS is she refuses to be ran over or mistreated. She has a word for Women all Women!

Thirteen years ago I worked for a Telecom Co. They dedicated a separate bathroom for the one trans woman on our floor because the women didn't want her in the ladies room, and the men didn't want her in the men's... Now she made the most sales in the district... And her colleagues didn't want her to pee in the same bathroom. 🤦🏾♀️ Humans🤦🏾♀️

Personally, I don't think the divide is as much as it seems in the black community, but black people are more vocal vs' others. I'm my field of work is always more of others than us. Trust, they have a lot of the same feelings on a lot of topics, but they don't voice them to the public, and are better at hiding their true feelings than we are.

We as women should always disclose the truth before moving forward in a relationship. If you’re a woman who can’t have kids for which there are many cisgender women who can’t procreate, be honest because he may want kids. Now as a trans woman we should always be honest, it’s for your own safety. I’m happy that I get clocked because I don’t have to explain who I am.
Love your content. As a masculine presenting person (born female) when y'all commented on seeing the unfiltered side of folks, I had to laugh, especially when it comes to men. Before transitioning, I got the gentleman in conversations, now it's "and this bitch and that...". I'm like do str8 men even like women? Now I realize folks don't like themselves.
Definitely my favorite episode (well it’s a tie with Side Effects of Parents. That one definitely had me rethinking my whole entire childhood)
