1. This is in no way a "Aristo swap" or even close. 2. Aristo's never came manual. 3. Highly recommend relocating your oil catch can, as if it were to ever overfill, you will 100% cause a fire being so close to the exhaust.
build the bottom end with thicker rods and maybe pistons, get a 2jzgett head gasket to lower the compression, you'll have better response from the turbo
You changed the exhuast? Also i have a problem with mine, after installing a hps short ram intake now my gs300 is running too lean. Any idea how to fix that?
Nice job man, just some friendly advice just like other have told me when making videos. Get one of them dead cats for you mic to kill that wind noise and makes your audio crisper. Also if u doing injectors just go to either some FIC, FID, or ID, fuel pressure regulator fore innovations. Also don't do the r154 it's garbo I would go with a cd009 much much better then r154. Just friendly advice for you.
@USDAristo it's a lot to take in. Trust me, I'm learning myself. This is all new for me as well. I need to learn to turn my cam on when working on my project. I tend to forget 🤣🤣
Wrong, CD009 is awful. Gear ratios are extremely short, shifts like dog shit, all the adapter kits suck, and the transmission is a hit or miss (and yes, I'm referring to a CD009 not a CD008). R154 is better in every aspect, it shifts better, no adapter kit, gear ratios are way more ideal especially for street use. It may not be able to handle as much power, but realistically, a majority of people aren't pushing 700+ whp to begin with, and even then, it comes down to how aggressive of a clutch you're running that will determine how long the R154 will last. And yes, I've had both so I'm speaking from experience and not talking out of my ass.
Just do arp headstuds and a Supra head gasket your stock tranny might give out before the engine, there’s also a trick with the stock trans you can up the oil pressure and open it up to shim it, the rods will give out around 400 hp
