Nah, Hert is actually closer to the steering wheel, look at how bent their arms are. The dude in the C8 has his arms all the way extended, while Herts arms are bent. Hert just looks like he's leaning back because he's so huge but, he's actually leaning forward, hunched-over, and doing more work inside the cockpit. The dude in the C8 is the one who is actually leaning back just chilling, and holding on for dear life, as one should in a race.
