- No oven No knead & No board! After this SUPER EASY recipe, You Will Love Making Bread at Home!!
For dough:
Warm milk 105ml
Active dry yeast 1.5g(1/2tsp)
White sugar 12g(1tbsp)
Salt 1.5g(1/4tsp)
Melted unsalted butter 15g(1tbsp)
Flour 150g(1cup)
For filling:
Brown sugar 1tbsp
Honey 1tbsp
Ground cinnamon 1/4tsp(optional)
Chopped nuts & seeds 2tbsp(about 20g)
Corn starch 1tbsp
Water 85ml
Turn on the stove and turn it to low heat, fry for 5-7 minutes on the first side, and then fry for 3-5 minutes after turning it over. The cooking time can be adjusted according to the firepower of your own stove.

Sometimes is really struggle for the fermentation part, due to different temperature.. appreciate it if you could add in your video for the time and temperature for fermentation if the temperature was higher than your country as a reference to improve my baking experience. If you want them to rise quickly , do not mix your yeast with the salt. Yeast should be mix with the sugar. Salt should be mix with the flour, and then add to the yeast mixture.
