Helly, I love your bread recipes and have tried some. You probably know that this recipe is a muffin version of Pan de Mallorca, famous in my country, Puerto Rico (I live in New Mexico, USA) and its origin is from the island of Mallorca in Spain, where it’s named Ensaimada. The process of rolling, stretching and then coiling is the most popular process. One thing that can be done for those who don’t want to stuff it is to spread the oval shaped dough with melted butter, roll it and coil it. I can’t wait to try this recipe as if it tastes close to the Mallorcas, it’s easier to prepare and better for gifts. About the music, it’s soft and calming but repetitious. You may want to try to find something similar - guitar or piano are excellent instruments - that will provide the same effects. Thank you!

@@nawnaw The blueberry scones were extremely light more like a bread. I guess I didn't do something right because most of the recipes came out very well. The no knead bread came out like a rock 🤣 guess I didn't do exactly as the video shows. The recipes are so simple and easy to follow. Try it,!
