  • NETBALL - FOOTWORK
    Focusing on one of our FAB principles, today's workout is footwork focused. Remember that fast feet should always be small and quick with minimal contact time on the ground.
    You will be working for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest throughout the workout.
    You will need an exercise mat for this session and plenty of water.
    Remember to complete a full warm up before you get started and to cool down and stretch properly afterwards too!
    1. Wide to Narrow Fast Feet
    2. Jump x 2 with Twist
    3. Runner High Knee to Hold
    4. Shuffle 5 - Jump Lunge
    5. Fast Feet - Squat Jump
    6. Bound
    7. Wide to Narrow Fast Feet
    8. Jump x 2 with Twist
    9. Runner High Knee to Hold
    10. Shuffle 5 - Jump Lunge
    11. Fast Feet - Squat Jump
    12. Bound
