  • STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
    Today's session is cardio focused. It is a pyramid session so be ready to climb up and down that ladder.
    You will have 10s rest between each exercise.
    You will need an exercise mat for this session and plenty of water.
    Remember to complete a full warm up before you get started and to cool down and stretch properly afterwards too!
    Round 1
    Side Squats
    High Knees
    Jumping Jacks
    Skaters
    Round 2
    Plank hold
    Crunches
    Hollow Hold
    Sit Ups
