  • NETBALL - AGILITY
    Today's session is agility focused. You will need to place a cross on the floor with your markers about 2m distance from the middle.
    You will be working for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest throughout the workout.
    You will need an 4 markers for this session and plenty of water.
    Remember to complete a full warm up before you get started and to cool down and stretch properly afterwards too!
    1. Fast Feet on spot
    2. Hip Twists
    3. Cross - Corner and back
    4. Cross - Reverse Turn
    5. Cross - Double offer
    6. Cross - Corner and back
    7. Cross - Reverse Turn
    8. Cross - Double offer

    12. Fast Feet on Spot
