  • NETBALL - FAB SESSION
    Today's session is mixture of footwork, agility and passing.
    You will be working for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest throughout the workout.
    You will need an exercise mat and a ball for this session and plenty of water.
    Remember to complete a full warm up before you get started and to cool down and stretch properly afterwards too!
    1. Figure of 8
    2. Bound and Stick
    3. Lateral High Knees
    4. Squat hold
    5. Figure of 8
    6. Bound and Stick
    7. Lateral High Knees
    8. Shoulder Pass jacks
    9. Flutter Pass Throughs
    10. Dead Bugs
    11. Sit Ups
    12. Russian Twists
