  • STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
    Today's session is all about building lower body strength with a core finisher at the end.
    You will be working for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest throughout the workout.
    You will need an exercise mat for this session and plenty of water.
    Remember to complete a full warm up before you get started and to cool down and stretch properly afterwards too!
    1. Walk outs
    2. Sprinter Lunge x 2
    3. Mountain Climbers
    4. Arabesque (L)
    5. Wide Squats
    6. Arabesque( R)
    7. Walk outs
    8. Jumping Jacks with 90 turn
    9. Glute Bridge
    10. Russian Twists
    11. Crunches
    12. Plank Hold
