Hey man. I have a question, how do I power more than one a/c? To I simply put an a/c next to one already powered and it will power? Or do I need another cable reaching it?
Great question! If you have an electric outlet down and powered, any electric appliance within a couple foundations of it (an unlimited number of them as far as I know) will snap a cord to it and plug in automatically. It's a good idea to turn on the power before you put down an appliance so you can make sure it turns green and is powered right away or you can pick it back up within 30 seconds.
Actually, fabricators don't run on electricity, they need gasoline in their inventory. Check out this guide on how to use a Fabricator: th-cam.com/video/_G_LG0q6vnA/w-d-xo.html

I did this but it's not working for me. I'm trying to power an elevator (I can't find any videos on this) but the only option I'm getting is to demolish. The cables are going from the gen to an outlet and then run down the lift track. It's all yellow but not working. I was told each track had to be powered. I can't figure out this damn power! This is why I don't use it.
Actually we really need to make a guide to elevators lol. If you run cables from the generator to the elevator and they're all yellow, you can place an outlet next to the elevator tracks, and cables will appear automatically connecting the outlet to the tracks in range. You may need to run a vertical cable upwards and add more outlets to any tracks that aren't in range of the first one. And when you place an elevator platform at the bottom of the tracks, it should be what gives you the options. Hope that helps :) And make sure you subscribe because we will eventually make a full elevator guide.

Hmm is the outlet within one foundation of the air conditioner? You might need to move it closer. Also make sure the outlet is glowing blue so you can tell it's powered on. Sometimes the cables are hard to see so check to make sure the fridge lights aren't already green.

Oh, good news, it's actually NOT that complicated at all for a grinder because those run on gasoline :) Just put a can of gas in its inventory and hit the turn on button just like you do with wood on a cooking fire, and you're good to go. The short answer for where to get lots of chitin and keratin on Ark is to kill any bug for lots of Chitin and dinosaurs with horns like Triceratops, Stegosaurs, Ankylosaurs for Keratin. Trilobites are a great easy source for Chitin early in the game. Going around the swampy areas on a frog is great for killing lots of dragon flies and riverbanks have lots of ants. So we don't have any new info on when we will get Ragnarok on Ark Switch, but the original estimate was around February 2019. So I would keep an eye out for the Ark Switch DLC in the next month or 2 :)

Any power outlet will power EVERY object within range of it, but its range is like 2-3 foundations.
