As someone who struggles to stay still long enough to watch basics like these I am so grateful this was only 6 minutes long. I was remodeling my tribe's club house and broke the god damn electrical system and raged when I couldn't put it back together

This just helped me figure out how to connect my refrigerator in my fishing hut. Thank you so much, I’ve been trying to figure out why the junction box didn’t connect to the flexible cables. I just hope it’ll be powered

How many contraption can you power with an "outlet"? Started Ark late af but loving the experience....Don't like the water, hate caves and swamps are just a place asking for trouble...
no any snap point works. generators can be put anywhere and then you should be able to use the snap points to start the wires. though foundations do help keep it organized.
Is there a way to only connect one of the things you need powering to one of the outlets instead of having a turret being connected to two outlets in its range when you only want it connected to one?
does it really matter in the end? I mean it doesnt really affect the amount of power use, but i would rather it be connected to 2 outlets in case 1 is destroyed tbh. maybe i dont understand the question
I tried putting my cables from my generator to my fabricator but it just doesnt snap together, i am sitting here since an hour wasting my time and i cant figure out what i am doing different. I have an outlet like you call it on my gen like shown in the vid.
Is there distance limitations because I set up my generator, cable and outlet but it didn't show wires connecting to my base for chemistry bench and fabricator

The cables, like let's say I put 2 foundations one gen on one side and something that takes electric then you put a wall between them, will it go through the wall?
@@HoppyLng so if your junction bok is connected, check to see if your wires are powered. You can tell if they light up yellow like in the video. If they arent powerd then the box wont work. All your wires must be connected, and your generator powered.

How do I make the electric junction box?
the little outlet thing? You need to unlock the engram and craft it at the fabricator. It takes 5 metal ingots, 15 wood, and 3 electronics.
