Just saw your video (Sept 2024) the unit is too to tight on the back of the horn. This is causing the inner spring to not vibrate correctly. This over tightening with a ratchet wrench is common. And the performance is being impaired. The solution is to tighten the back post and nut snug... not overtighten. Dealerships use a dap of red Loctite.
Would have been good to toot the stock horn before removing so we could judge for ourselves
Indeed. I forgot to grab that. A stock Honda CBR1000rr horn is louder than this one is.
