Episode One: When Duty Calls - For the last month, Doctor Julian Bashir has remained on Cardassia Prime, supervising the vaccination of the population and eradication of Koval’s pathogen. In the meantime, his lunch with Elim Garak led to many revelations…some surprising, and others…astounding. The Andorian government had been considering leaving the Federation. While Federation assistance and resources were a vital part of restoring Andoria to its pre-War state, the Federation is an enormous alliance and every planet required a level of reconstruction. Andoria, however, is not known for its patience and feels somewhat entitled to priority assistance due to its role as a founding member. There is more to this story - and if anyone can finish a good story, it’s Jake Sisko.

I'm somehow amused that it's so difficult to properly speak with Quark's accent without Quark's teeth, so here we have normal Armin in normal Armin's clothes and normal Armin's office (or whatever room), except with Quark's teeth.
“The Emmett Till” was that’s really sweet. They named a ship after Emmett Till.
It's a true shame we never got a DS9 movie.
Growing up, I preferred watching TNG. However, now that I'm older, I think I miss DS9 most of all.
Nana Visitor has such a great smile, it is so influential! I love that Gates McFadden shared that with her, as it truly is true!

I wanted to thank ALL the people involved in this production, and especially Siddig, Andrew and Nana. I just finished my first watch of DS9 a couple weeks ago. The life you brought to your characters got me writing again after a ten year hiatus. It's brought back a joy I'd forgotten. Man, if we could get a AE/SD to clean up the audio a little and add some sounds and music? These are NPR worthy Radio Dramas the caliber we haven't seen since ROTJ in '96. (Brock Peters as Darth Vader, enough said)
And Alone Together has the added benefit of the actual original cast!
DS9 is my favorite star trek by far. It's really lovely to see everyone! I rewatch at least once a year. Thank you to everyone involved in the making of this show. Its really special to me.

Which begs the question... What place, if any, does Jake hold in Bajoran religion as the son of the Emissary? He figured it would keep him safe when the Dominion took the station, but it's not like he has an actual title or duties or prophecies to fulfill?
He doesn’t hold a place, per se. Kira has made him a Federation ambassador for Bajor.
