Welcome to my vlog, where we cook together, eat together, and have fun together. I share what I eat in a day, along with easy Asian recipes you can make at home!
Today is a special day because my aunt and uncle are visiting from Taiwan. I thought it'd be fun to invite my in-laws and my family over for a delicious 10 course meal!
We started the day before the dinner by prepping the Pork Belly, Garlic Sauce, and dessert. This made the next day so much easier as we had 8 other courses to prepare! The star of the show was definitely the Honey Walnut Shrimp, the sweet and crunchy walnuts paired so beautifully with the crispy and juicy shrimp. We finished the meal with my favorite dessert, Instant Pot Creme Brulee, which impressed everyone by how quick and easy it was to make!
I love hosting so much as it brings all my loved ones together to experience my passion for food. I had so much fun and all the hard work was paid off by everyone’s reactions. 7:25 - Chow mein sauce, making the entire dish
9:02 - Cucumber salad - dressing & finishing off
9:31 - Garlic green beans - making it
9:53 - Bok Choy - making the sauce, boiling bok choy

You make hosting a feast look easy. You seem so chill. I love making feasts for my family but I do get stressed out every time. And my hair is always crazy from the steam. 😂 one day I will be more confident and organized like you. Hoping your cookbook will help!

Ahh this all looked SO good. I love your recipes because I feel like it overwhelms me to cook because I buy all these ingredients but then after cooking the one meal, I'm like soo what do I do next for the next couple of meals?! Maybe that could be a series? I know for a lot of grocery shopping can be overwhelming!

Elevated? Hum….. I don’t think so….. these are American style Taiwanese dishes. The authentic Taiwanese cuisine are more diverse and flavorful… Tiffy is good at cooking and video taking indeed, but she barely made one true big course of Taiwanese cuisine for feast… what she presented in the video all are very easy to cook in most of the Taiwanese family daily meals…
