Aap normal IR sensor ko check Kijiye ki aapka Aaya sensor sahi hai ki nahin aap pahle Ek IR sensor Mein Ek LED ko ek battery ke sath connect Karke check Kijiye Ki Ab kar Aaya sensor response kar raha hai ki nahin

I made the same project using two transistor BC 547 , photodiode, ir led and 3.7 v battery. The led is glowing continuously. when an obstacle comes then it is off. when connected to battery the led light is dim and water does not comes out, what to do, pls help

9V battery dies within 2-3 hours. 9v to 7v. Why so?
Use 5v for usb cable
Thanks for replying. Yes i finally attached a 5V adapter. But it's not a clean solution. Commercial automatic machines have 1.5v batteries and lasts for months. Somehow this circuit is using a lot of power in idle mode.
