very good work,from where can we get parts??
I used your schematic diagram and use IR Sensor module instead, but the sensor is lighting up the time i connected the relay. I already adjusted the sensing to the minimum but of no use. I think you should build another one and use the module instead of making a DIY IR module.

Sir isse battery cell ki jagah direct switch m connect kr sakte h kya
You can use any power supply of 5v dc for operation of the circuit. As 5v regulator has been used, the supply voltage should be slightly higher than 5 v (say 8-9v) for regulation. You can use a battery eliminator of 220v ac to 12v dc for running it from 220 v ac line. 12vdc can be used for solenoid water valve and from 12 vdc we can derive 5v dc for sensor circuit using 7805 with proper heatsink.

Aap 12v adaptor use kar sakte hai.
Agar aap 5v relay use karte ho to aapko 5 v regulator (7805) lagana hoga.

Circuit diagram is wrong. Pump is always on and relay will never fuction. It is active low IR sensor. Relays coil has both inputs grounded.
