Hi. I have been struggling with this issue a lot and I couldn't connect my laptop to my bluetooth headset boat rockerz 400. Although the first 3 methods did not work for me the 4th one definitely did. The problem was solved as soon as I updated all my bluetooth drivers. Thank you so much!
