I have a 4 cylinder pump and I notice the slots on my plungers don’t have a place in the pump block to line up with. Do u know why?
I finally got the injector pump out. The fuel control rack was completely seized up. Your video is fantastic, and I could follow it step by step and rebuilt the injector pump. Thanks!
Just what I had been looking for. I have a BX200 that has a very slight leak at the injection pump. I can't visibly see where the diesel is leaking. It will get the whole pump wet and seep down the block and puddle on the floor. I want to replace the O rings and crush washers and hope that fixes it. Dealer says the pump is not serviceable but will gladly sell me another for $ 1600. Having trouble finding the exact size of O rings. Any ideas?

Would it be safe to remove the piece with the red o-ring and replace that o-ring without removing the pump from the tractor?
How much of a difference in power did you notice?
Are those plungers suppose to move freely?
