2:52 I guess the reason why they look grey is because they are in the Beach. The ship Sam and Fragile were in can travel inside the sea Sam's in every time he dies somehow.
Facts, I think it might even be The Seam, where Sam would go after he died & needed to be Repatriated?! And then we would see him as an infant, in the birth canal, basically being symbolic of him getting spit BACK out into the world again? Well, we see that "Repatriation baby" spitting up the whole entire ship at the beginning of the trailer this time! 😃 This is NUTS ya'll! lol I cannot wait to play this game!
I'm 100% sure Kojima will put environment hazards mechanics in this game, based on what I see in those gameplay footages (rushing flood & landslide), definitely will make traverse more challenging.
Never played the first one, but the music that plays when the Joker dude picks up that container and his hair starts lifting up, and when Sam kisses the baby, that music both times was just so good, and really reflects amazing story telling.

I loved the first death stranding game so much and I’ve been waiting on this for so long now !!! Sucks we gotta wait til next year , I’ve play the death stranding directors cut like 10 times in the last year lol and currently playing it now because I keep learning new things about it every time and new ways to beat the game faster

Literally my biggest gripe with the first one. Wish traversal had more "puzzles" to overcome. Hopefully from this trailer, that has been addressed

the music in the first one is FANTASTIC if you ever get around to playing them. I had the game soundtrack on repeat for a long time after I beat it 😭
