    THATS TRUE! I hav multiple sclerosis and I have been ATHLETIC all my life it is a big adjustment!!!!!!!!

    I got up to a late start today morning and had to skip my daily workout as a result. Sitting at work I was feeling really stiff so decided to do this and I feel much better. Thanks 🙏🏼

    Loved this for a quick morning stretch before getting my work day started. I work from home so movement is bare minimum. This reminds me to be mindful of my body and what it needs to be healthy, whole, and without pain. Thank you!

    Great class! Really felt the release through the shoulders and neck. Definitely will have to try these poses next long car drive. Also just subscribed, my daughters and I can't wait to try more of your classes. :)
