Soya chunks - 1 cup
Star anise - 1
Cardamom - 1 big or 2 small
Cloves - 5
Cinnamon - 3 small sticks
Peppercorns - 1 tbsp
Coriander (whole) - 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - ¼ tsp (8-9nos only)
Tomato - ½ of 1 big
Onion - 1 big
Garlic - 3 big cloves
Green chilly - to taste
Ginger - 1 big piece
Curry leaves
Chilly powder - ¾ tbsp or as per taste
Turmeric powder - ½ tbsp
Potato - 3 big
Oil
