Ingredients
Potato - 4 large, boiled
Tomato - 2, large
Onion - 3 medium sized
Ginger - One big piece
Garlic - 5 large cloves
Green chilly - 3 or as per your taste
Coriander leaves - a handful
Turmeric powder - ½ tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Chilly powder - 1 ½ tbsp
Garam masala - ½ tbsp. or as per your taste
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp

ഇന്ന് രാവിലെ ചപ്പാത്തിയും ഈ കറിയും ആയിരുന്നു.. വളരെ നന്നായി വന്നു.. കടല, ഗ്രീൻ പീസ് ഈ ഐറ്റംസ് ഒന്നും ഹസ്ബന്റിനു ഇഷ്ടമല്ലാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് മിക്ക ദിവസങ്ങളിലും മുട്ട, വെജിറ്റബിൾ കറി ഒക്കെയായിരുന്നു.. അതിൽ നിന്ന് നല്ലൊരു മോചനം കിട്ടി.. കറി ടേസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിട്ട് വളരെ നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്ന കമന്റും കൂടി കേട്ടപ്പോൾ ഇരട്ടി സന്തോഷം.. ഇനി ഇടക്കിടക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കാമല്ലോ..
