  • Here’s some small things you can do to improve your rigid body simulations:
    Shape Keys for damage
    Smoke on impact
    Rubble with particles
The object origin is the center of gravity
    Always apply scale before simulating
Lighting and presentation are more important than the craziness of your simulation

Woooooo, I'm in the 18% ! Thanks for the awesome tutorials!
Also, it'd be nice to see some more of the nitty gritty of the Rigid Bodies. Like setting up and animating constraints for wall breaks. Or even just what the different shapes and sources are for.

Sounds good - I’ve put it on the schedule.

very nice how two add dust in cell fracture in destroyed body in blender

I would really want to see a particle tutorial or series

I could start looking into that - thanks for the suggestion.

Good job. Although I would love to see a more detailed tut about how you did that smoke effect and controlled it with particles. I get the idea you're trying to get across, but I'm not sure the process.

I know its just for training purpose but instead of just shade smith the monkey, take a activated SubD :D this triggers me with this wrong normals on the monkey :D
